Welcome to CallSpoke documentation. This guide will help you integrate our platform with your phone system and start transcribing calls in minutes.

1. Create Your Account

Sign up for a CallSpoke account and complete your profile. You’ll receive API credentials that you’ll use to integrate with your phone system.

Set up automatic call recording uploads using our REST API or S3 bucket integration. Recordings are processed immediately upon upload.

Log into your dashboard to view transcripts, AI analysis, and insights. Transcripts typically appear within 2-5 minutes of call completion.

Troubleshooting

Poor Transcription Quality

Check your audio quality settings. We recommend 16kHz sample rate and ensure recordings are clear with minimal background noise.

Delayed Processing

High call volumes may cause slight delays. Contact support if transcripts take longer than 10 minutes to appear.

Missing Calls

Verify your webhook configuration and check that call recordings are being uploaded successfully.
